This is a cover of "misty mountains" from The Hobbit: AN Unexpected Journey. This was a fun study into working with harmonies, and how hard it is to sing in lower octaves! I also added a guitar intro that mimics the main theme for the lord of the Rings.
This was the second track in an EP I created for my Digital Arts Project class at NVCC. It was a very challenging project but I learned a lot about mixing, mastering, and recording. The EP consisted of four original tracks, each one conveying a different theme. This project was incredibly beneficial in my progression in music production.
This track is titled "ALIEN". It was my final project for Audio Production 1 at NVCC. Our task was to find a sample and build a track around it. I got very carried away and ended up creating an original track that was inspired by another song, "Nightcall" by Kavinsky. So I didn't follow the prompt as required, however, the class very much enjoyed the track so I passed with a very good grade!
This is an original track titled "Deep Down" from my band, We Dance With Shadows. This is the first original song we ever conceived, and we plan on releasing an acoustic EP soon that will have several acoustic originals and three acoustic cover songs. Be on the lookout!
